This past week U.S. Open player Ingrid Neel trained at Buck Hill Falls in the Poconos. You can learn more about her on the Buck Hill Falls Facebook Page where they have posted a few videos from this past week. Ingrid won the national hardcourt title in doubles and also played in the main draw of the US Open, where she made the 2nd round, despite not traveling extensively as a junior. In 2017 Ingrid matriculated to University of Florida, having accepted a scholarship as the #1-ranked college tennis recruit in the United States. In her freshman and only college season, Ingrid played #1 doubles and #2 and 3 singles. She clinched the National Indoor Championship for the Gators on her court, and at the climax of the season, she clinched the NCAA National Team Championship in a dramatic finish.
