It was a nice long Fall this year, with leaves still on some trees we’ve had a relatively ‘mild’ Poconos Fall so far. Although temperatures have been pretty chilly at times, we have avoided any accumulating snowfalls. We’ve had significant snow as early as October some years, so this year has been a luxury to see the leaves slowly change and it has even stayed warm enough during the days to enjoy extra time outside before Winter hits. How will this Winter be this year? Will it be full of snowstorms, will we see next to no snow, or will a surprise Easter snowfall catch us off guard? As I say every year if there’s one predictable thing about weather in the Poconos, it’s that it’s unpredictable!
