Caesars aka Cove Haven is a perfect honeymoon getaway or for a romantic Poconos weekend. There are 3 locations – Paradise Stream in Mount Pocono, Pocono Palace in East Stroudsburg and Cove Haven in Lakeville. If you are looking for a resort in the Poconos it is a great option as a couple – if you are looking for a more family friendly atmosphere I would try somewhere like Great Wolf Lodge.
