On Wednesday, March 8th, AMSkier Insurance hosts “Eat, Sleep, Play,” a webinar focused on maintaining your health in a fast-paced world. The panelists for this webinar include experts in nutrition, sleep and overall fitness and well-being.
Featured on the panel is:
- Erin Tiffany, a dietitian, nutritionist and busy mother who has worked at Baylor and Geisinger
- Linda Vose, registered polysomnographic technologist from Wayne Memorial Hospital
- Joshua Heath, the Outdoor Adventure manager from The Lodge At Woodloch
- Lisa Champeau (moderator), Wayne Memorial Health System’s Public Relations Manager.
“We’re thrilled to have such knowledgeable, capable and engaging experts as our panelists for this webinar,” says Jill Carletti, AMSkier’s Social Media Manager and one of the co-organizers for the webinar. “We’re leading this webinar to address and promote the importance of wellness habits. At AMSkier, we insure many camps and businesses across the United States who are busier than ever. We also know that it’s not just our clients that are busy, and it’s challenging to fit everything in a twenty-four hour day, so this webinar aims to address this concern,”
As an insurance agency, the AMSKier team intimately knows how health can affect work life. People may think that they’re saving time by not eating well, exercising or making time for play, but it’s clear this isn’t the case.
Attendees of the “Eat, Sleep, Play” webinar will learn real strategies on how busy people can balance family life and work life while staying healthy. The panelists will be taking questions from webinar participants. This webinar is open to the public and is appropriate for anyone who is constantly on the move. It is scheduled to take place at 2pm EST and will be broadcast from WVIA’s studios.
Donations are accepted and will benefit Wayne Memorial Hospital’s Community Health Education programs such as Together for Health School Program for 7th and 9th graders, Rachel’s Challenge and the In-School Winter Walking Program.
Attendees can register for the webinar at www.amskier.com/eat-sleep-play or email jillc@amskier.com for more information. A computer and access to the internet is required to view the live webinar. Recordings of the webinar will be made available to all who register.
